After having focused all our energy during the last two months on the protection of our collaborators against the Covid-19 pandemic while ensuring the continuity of our activities, we are now pleased to announce that the family group BROUSSE VERGEZ acquired on March 10, 2020 100% of the share capital of the company DELIEUZE. This operation brings together two families who have managed to perpetuate a family entrepreneurial heritage over 6 generations for the Delieuze family and 4 generations for the Brousse family.
The integration of the DELIEUZE company, specialized in the marketing of olives since 1845, allows the BROUSSE VERGEZ group to strengthen its position in the olive sector by consolidating its sourcing in Morocco and expanding its operations in Spain and Greece.
Under the banner of the BROUSSE VERGEZ Group, DELIEUZE's ambition is to become a leader in the import of olives in all its forms from three origins: Morocco, Spain and Greece.
The activities of DELIEUZE were transferred to the group's head office in Marseille on May 18th 2020 and the goods are now stored in our warehouse in Les Arnavants (Marseilles, France).
