  • The 18th edition of SIRHA, the world event for catering, hospitality and foodservice, took place from 21 to 25 January 2017 in Lyon and welcomed 3,000 exhibitors and over 200,000 visitors.

    An exceptional 2017 edition that saw, the icing on the cake, France win the Pastry World Cup, the most emblematic reward of the profession.

    BROVER participated once again this year in this High Mass of Food Industry by exhibiting in Hall 4 dedicated to the world of Bakery & Pastry. For 5 days, we were able to present our specialties and innovations in Pastry or Catering-Snacking ingredients to our distributors all around the world.
