Dried figs (Turkey)

Figs are believed to be one of the oldest fruits cultivated by man. Enjoyed by people for millennia, this emblematic fruit of the Mediterranean Basin has left its mark on each century.

Out of respect for this heritage, we at Brousse Vergez travelled to the Aydin region of Turkey, close to the Aegean Sea, to bring back our naturally sun-dried, high fibre figs.

It is the presentation that gives its name to the product.
