At the end of May 2014, BROUSSE VERGEZ took on a new Tinned Foods activity with the tinned foods and dried fruits business from C.I.N.R.J. Dried Products.
This acquisition was a terrific growth opportunity for our company, which was able to expand its brand portfolio with the incorporation of the Challenge Gourmet and Challenge RHF tinned fruits catalogues and the Tezaro tinned vegetables catalogue.
This department works primarily with the food service and with super/hypermarkets and cash and carry (in the form of store brands), as well as certain specific bakery & pastry shop markets as a complement to our BROVER brand, which is a known reference in the sector.
This acquisition further reinforces our position as a French specialist in dried and tinned fruits and food service ingredients.
